Established in 2004, Help Me Help You is a 501(c)(3) community-based non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting homeless and low-income individuals/families by increasing access to food, public benefits, and economic security as well as providing Social Security Benefits enrollment assistance to the public.

Food Pantry Delivery Program for Seniors in the City of Long Beach

With a mission to ensure seniors and people with disabilities in our community don’t go hungry, the local non-profit Help Me Help You provides nutritious fresh, and packaged Food Pantry delivery services to eligible clients. 

Eligible senior residents and persons with disabilities (physical or mental) can qualify for Food Pantry items delivered straight to their doorsteps.  This service is for those residing in the City of Long Beach and the surrounding area, including delivery to cities within a 10-mile radius of 90813.

This program is a lifeline for seniors and disabled individuals facing food insecurity. Our tailored Food Pantry Delivery Program provides nutritious and healthy food options.  Services are available up to four times per month for a delivery fee of $10 for each delivery.  

Our nutritious selection of Food Pantry items includes food from all 5 food groups, including fresh fruits and vegetables, shelf-stable, refrigerated, and frozen food items.  Delivery items cater to the following dietary options:

  • Diabetes-friendly
  • Heart-healthy
  • Vegetarian
  • Gluten-free
